Do videos have a Video360 logo?

Video360 put your branding in your videos along with your website URL so people can be directed to your website.

While prepping your video, we include a "Call to Action" message that will show up at the conclusion of your video. Send us your specific URL (i.e.. link to the website that you'd like to show up at the video's very end). Please do!  Just give your client the MP4-formatted file of your  video, they can upload it to Facebook, where it can be viewed via Facebook's "Video application."



Are there time limits on Video360 videos?

Yes, there is a 30 seconds time limit on our basic videos. This is to give users instant access to relevant images so you maximise on impact and improve your business chances of converting lookers into bookers. How many photos can I include in each video?

While there is no fixed limit, 6-10 items is recommended on 30 second videos.



Can you incorporate text into Video360 videos?

Absolutely! With Video360 we can easily incorporate marketing messaging, product info, room descriptions or anything else directly into your video.



Can I use my own copyrighted music?

If you do indeed have music that is cleared legally for you to use commercially, then by all means! If not, you can rely on Video360's library of tunes. You are allowed one song per video, and the song must be less than 3 MB in size/3 minutes in length.
